2. Service Refunds
For subscription-based managed services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service term, minus any applicable cancellation fees. For one-time project-based services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the project's progress.
3. Product Refunds
For digital products, we offer a 14-day refund period if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. For physical products, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items.
